Can I brand the video experience?
The call happens inside your practice, on the session record, not in a third-party meeting product. Pro and Practice add custom branding on the booking page clients use to get there.
Do I have to leave Zoom?
Zoom integration is coming soon. For now, use CoachBase’s built-in video or connect Google Meet. Native video is included, so you do not need a separate video subscription.
