How does that compare with Paperbell?
Solo starts $18/month below Paperbell’s $57 monthly plan, which has no additional platform transaction fee. At $1,800 in monthly client payments through CoachBase, our 1% fee uses up that $18 difference. Payment processing is extra on both.

Before you move your practice.
Do I need payment info to start a trial?
No. New accounts get 14 days of Pro free after setup, including AI session notes and workflows. You can try it without adding a card.
What happens when my trial ends?
Add a card in Billing anytime during your trial to keep using CoachBase without interruption. You keep all 14 free days, then your selected plan renews monthly unless you cancel. Without a card, your trial ends with no charge and access is locked. Your data stays saved, and you can subscribe later.
How long does setup take?
Setup depends on what you want to move. Start with one client, connect your calendar, and set up one session type. You can try a booking and keep notes for your next session before moving the rest of your practice.
What if I only need scheduling and payments?
Solo includes scheduling, invoices, and payments for $39 per month. Client notes, the client portal, and video calls of up to 60 minutes are included when you need them. Online payments cost Stripe's processing rates plus a 1% CoachBase platform fee.
When should I choose Pro?
Choose Pro at $59 per month if you want AI session notes and automated follow-up. It includes everything in Solo, plus transcription, workflows, full analytics, and video calls without a time limit.
Growing into a team?
Practice is coming for teams of up to five coaches, with shared client records, per-coach scheduling, and team analytics. Planned pricing is $99 per month.
