CoachBase webhook endpoints let eligible plans send real-time event data to Zapier, Make, n8n, or another workflow tool—useful when your practice needs a connection CoachBase should not pretend to own natively.

What you can do

  • Configure outbound webhook endpoints in CoachBase settings.
  • Send real-time practice events to external automation tools.
  • Use signed requests so receiving systems can verify the source.
  • Connect with Zapier, Make, n8n, or another webhook-capable tool.

Webhook access depends on the CoachBase plan and the receiving tool’s own configuration.
